Returns

You can return your goods up to 14 days from the date you received it. If you want to return the goods, place it in unchanged condition, in its original package and send it back to:

We will refund you, but not pay for the return.

Reclaims

OPO Scandinavia will fully refund you for defect products. It is important to check the products when you receive them. Please contact our customer service if you want to reclaim it.

Delivery

We will do everything that we can to send your order the same day as ordered. Calculated delivery time is 1 - 3 days.

We have the right to delay order for later delivery if the goods is out of stock, but our goal is that all our products in our webshop will be in stock.
